01 Accepting these terms

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a demo, enrolling, or buying a learning product, you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian acting for a child, you accept these terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02 Who we are

Reportcards- A Learning Centre is an educational coaching centre in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, offering coaching and learning resources for students from kindergarten to Class 12, online and in person.

03 Demos and enquiries

You can request a free demo or consultation through our website. Submitting a request does not create an enrolment or any obligation on either side. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time, and demo availability may vary with our schedule.

04 Enrolment and fees

When a student enrols, the specific programme, schedule, duration and fees will be confirmed with you separately at the time of enrolment. Fees, batch timings and programme details may change, and any change will be communicated to you. Fees are payable as agreed, and continued participation may depend on fees being up to date.

05 Learning products

We offer learning products such as worksheets, notes and test series. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change. Some items are marked "Inquire Now", which means the price is shared on request. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non transferable licence to use it for the enrolled student's own learning. You may not copy, resell, share or distribute our materials without our written permission.

06 Cancellations and refunds

Any cancellation or refund terms for a programme or product will be set out at the time you enrol or buy. Unless stated otherwise in that specific arrangement, fees for sessions already delivered and digital materials already provided are non refundable. Please contact us if you have a concern, and we will try to resolve it fairly.

07 Using our website fairly

When using our website, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• copy, scrape or republish our content without permission; or
• upload anything harmful or disrupt the site for others.

08 Our content and materials

The website, our name and logo, course content, worksheets, notes and test series are owned by Reportcards- A Learning Centre or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them only for your own learning as allowed by these terms. All other rights are reserved.

09 No guarantee of specific results

We are committed to teaching well and supporting every learner. However, academic outcomes depend on many factors, including a student's own effort and circumstances. We therefore cannot promise any particular marks, grades, rank or exam result, and our services are provided on a best effort basis.

10 Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our website and any content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties beyond those required by law.

11 Third party links

Our website and social channels may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them or to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
